- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Friendly service, but be WARNED, they will screw you over in submitting claims to your insurance. Not only did they not submit the claims correctly after I instructed them repeatedly on how to submit, they sat on it for over a year, so insurance wont cover. AND they are refusing any discount, even the portion insurance did pay for. They're charging us the full price, when they quoted us half (the remaining to be paid by insurance). They refuse to speak to us over the phone, won't return phone calls. They tell us to come into to the office to discuss the bill and the administrator just told us to pay the full amount, otherwise she'd have to get back to us to talk with the dentist! Mind you we live an hour and a half away from the dental office. They also don't take credit card, unless you want to pay an additional 10% fee. I was referred to them by my dentist, who no longer works with them because of multiple situations like this. STAY AWAY!!!!!May 28, 2017by Jamie Norem
